Selecting 'Apply' does not result in application

There's 'Apply', and then there's 'Apply'; this is counterintuitive. 

If the wording is similarly ambiguous in Flavours 2, then that ambiguity may contribute towards users overlooking some of the options that are available between Apply and Apply. Please see for example http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?p=21350522#post21350522
