    Dear Patrick,

    Thank you for getting back, and I'm sorry about the issue you are experiencing.

    This could be caused by two different things: DNS resolution or an issue with our CDN which provides our themes available for download (sorry for this technical language). We have provided redundant network access (fallback URLs) on our 1.1.0 Beta2 release which should bypass any of these issues. However, you may want to try the solution below before switching to Beta builds:

     

    Change your Mac to use Google DNS servers (they are in fact usually faster and more reliable than most ISP servers). Instructions at:

    Dear Patrick,

    Some additional notes regarding the issue you are experiencing:

    • Make sure you are using at least Flavours 1.0.11 (older versions won't be able to connect)
    • Make sure cookies are allowed on Safari:
      1. Open Safari if it is not already open
      2. Choose Safari > Preferences, and then click Privacy
      3. In the “Block cookies” section, select "From third parties and advertisers"
