This is an interesting feature - thank you for describing it!

As for the graphite/blue variant, if you are referring to the system highlight color, this will be part of the flavour itself starting from Flavours 1.2!

    Thank you!

Actually, in General there are two options.. "Appearance" (For buttons, menus and windows) which you pick blue or graphite and "highlight color" (controls things like the color text gets highlighted) which are two completely different and separate things. I'm talking about appearance...

In shapeshifter and themepark one could have different push button, titlebar button, etc. graphics for blue or graphite.

Flavours generates (Artfile) graphics for both Blue and Graphite variants so, if something is different when switching to Blue or Graphite it actually shouldn't. If this is the case, please let us know.

You're right.. there's no difference between switching between Blue and Graphite in flavours. But there should be... and there should be sections in Flavours theme editor where you can define what the graphite appearance looks like. :

I'm not sure if I get your point: are you suggesting to use the Blue and Graphite as two possible color variants of the same flavour? It's an interesting feature. However, this would limit 2 variations per theme, which seem insufficient for some....! Maybe this feature deserves more coding to have multiple-variants per theme...

I think we're closer to the same page now than in your original response. Yes that's the point I've been trying to make all this time! That'd be great especially if it could be extended to all elements such as having variant in there with texture (stripes) and one with no texture.

But yeah, in the original stock Aqua blue and graphite are two color variants of the same default theme... and thus far we only have control over one of them. :P

Thank you for being so descriptive and providing lots of feedback - we will target this feature for 1.3 :) (1.2 is already demanding huge amount of work ;))

I hear you, and I'd actually even just settle on being able to collapse theme variants in the store into one page rather than having to flood the store with variants of the same thing. Kind of like how Apple gives a choice of different definition of videos on their web trailers web site... or different choices of iPod colors in the Apple store site.
