    Hi Nuno,

    My circumstances are very similar. I purchased a license last night and I am able to access the store and log into it with the link provided in the email I received. In flavours, when I register from the gui, a few minutes later I get a notification that registration is successfully completed. However, Flavours is not acknowledging this from the registration tab in the gui or the flavours menu. It might be helpful to know that I did have a non-beta trial installed. Before installing the current beta I had installed and uninstalled the previous version.

    Would be great to hear from someone because I like giving feed back on beta versions. I also use the entire adobe suite, Microsoft office, Corel Painter, 3rd party browsers, 3rd party sound and video apps, and my favorite app which is Z-Brush. Thanks in advance for you help. And thank you for what seems to be an amazing app: i can't wait to use it.

    Thank you for supporting Flavours development!

    Could you please try fully uninstalling Flavours taking these steps:

    1. Download the Troubleshooter.app.

    2. Launch the downloaded application, select "Uninstall Flavours", "Remove all related data" (optional) and click "Go!"

    3. Restart your Mac

    4. Install Flavours (drag to /Applications and double-click it)

    5. Click the registration link sent on the email (or register manually)

     

    Please let me know if your issue persists.

    Nuno, I took notes at every step and screen shots of all dialogues. Let me know if you need them. I sent a diagnostic report from within the app.

    From in the app, and before the repot, from the menu bar I cleared flavor cache and reinstalled helper. before and after it said that sys files were not backed up

    properly. after install, i reset my password and set up a new account as Ryker2, The gui shows demo account and won't update. I can not chi any of the boxes remember pass word, chk update to auto, etc.

    Also, it might be worth mentioning that the time stamp you see under my posts is not accurate. My time is eastern standard. As i type this it is 11:05

    Sorry for all the posts. I just want you to have as much info as I can offer.

    In spite of all the error messages. I used the gui to brows themes, tried to install on and got the "sys files not backed up properly message"

    Leaving up to you for now. Im at my laptop in case you're around.

    Sorry for all the trouble! This is absolutely not the expected and normal behaviour of Flavours. At a first glance, I suspect there may be a permission issue involved. I will analyse the send Diagnostic Report and will then get back to you from the support ticket (support email).

    Hi Nuno,

    I'm having a connection issue along the lines of Lee Flamards. Registration works, but when trying to create a Store Account in the GUI I get this:

    Unable to conclude operation.
    A communication error has occurred (0).

    Any reason for this? I've tried different broadband connections, to no vail.
