Tab bars texture pattern not consistent

Using the latest version of Flavours and Mavericks.... I am using my theme Brushed Blu. The tab bar (active tab only) whether in Finder or Safari, instead of a stretched image, shows a pattern of the brushed texture that is included in the theme. I've noticed this in past versions of Flavours... Please tell me this isn't just my theme! Thanks :)

  Thank you for getting in touch!

  No, it's not your theme. The issue you are observing on the tabs is noticeable with certain textured/patterned themes, and is related to the way that Safari/Finder internally renders them: in repeated small tiles. This tab rendering limitation can be circumvented using seamless horizontal textures/patterns or, like the default OS X Aqua, using gradients and solid colors. In fact, your Brushed Blu theme isn't the most affected one, given the horizontality of the texture...
